Return and Exchange Policy.

Full Sized Product Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of a full sized product, we’ll take any warehoused product back within 14 days of your delivery. Once the return is approved and you receive a return label (for domestic orders), the item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of this return label. If you’d like to make a return, contact us with your Order Number and name of the item(s) you’d like to send back and we’ll email you the prepaid return label. Return shipping is free of charge! All returned item(s) must be received within 90 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 90 days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.  Returns are only for RIPPEDience warehoused products.  All other returns are subject to each individual vendors return policies (check their website out for details).

 

If you are refunding RIPPEDience warehoused products and you used RIPPEDience Points toward your order, don’t worry! We’ll refund all forms of payment used. We’ll issue your refund to your original form of payment, including the card and/or any RIPPEDience Points used toward the order.  When you place an order for multiple items with RIPPEDiencePoints, they’re distributed evenly amongst the items so each individual product is discounted. When you’re refunded, you’ll see a partial refund on your bank statement as well as Points back in your account. You earn 1 RIPPEDience Point for every $1 spent on an order, so 1 Point will be removed from your account for every dollar you’re refunded, as well. If you redeemed a Gift Card toward your order, you’ll be refunded in Store Credit. Please note, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. All other items must be unopened and unused to be considered for a refund.

 

Items purchased with a “Gift with Purchase” can only be refunded with the gift included in your return.

 

Subscription Satisfaction

RIPPEDience subscriptions are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns. We believe that this system is so good that we make it easy to cancel because we don’t think you will. We feel that we provide the best information and products to your mobile device and door steps. After all, every month is a new set of items coming your way.  What you don’t like this month you may love next month and for the price we think the fitness workouts and information are more than worth the value. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription for any reason you can cancel at any time for any reason without further obligation. It’s really that simple.
