Muscle Mousse® dessert contains a scientific blend of strategic timed-release proteins which are formulated to deliver nutrients to the body over a period of hours. These include Micellar Casein, Whey Protein and Egg Protein.

Muscle Mousse® dessert is fortified with essential Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). BCAAs consist of the 3 amino acids Leucine, Iso-Leucine & Valine. They are considered essential because human beings cannot survive unless these amino acids are present in the diet. Together they comprise approximately 1/3 of human muscle tissue.

Directions of use

Add 50g (2 scoops) to a maximum of 150ml water in a shaker bottle (can also be mixed in a bowl with a whisk) and shake vigorously for approx 30-45 seconds to give the best areation and bubbly mousse. If you require a thicker mousse add slightly more powder. Pour in to a bowl and allow to set in a refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Between 45 minutes to 1 hour gives the best ‘set’. Enjoy.
Once mixed Muscle Mousse® dessert must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.
